The Elephant In The Room



It is said in today's world that the leading cause of death in the US in Women is heart disease and along with that Diabetes.  So they devise a regimin of chemicals (synthetics and not natural and will tell you they are better for you and the food induxtry has done a loop with natural substances and chemical substances.  The claim that they do not work and the FDA will not accept them or even approve them.  But there are Fat people that defy those odds and live a happy life despite what the doctors tell them about their weight and what that causes and how more food makes more fat and more fat leads to their death.  Fear mongering! Doctors think that they can cure or at least get people to realize that they have the disease by constant monitoring their BP and Sugar content in their blood.  You see and hear a barrage of Commercials telling you about certain drugs and that you should ask you Physician about taking them to cure you symptoms, not the disease itself.

And the medical community’s primary response to this shift has been to blame fat people for being fat. Obesity, we are told, is a personal failing that strains our health care system, shrinks our GDP and saps our military strength. It is also an excuse to bully fat people in one sentence and then inform them in the next that you are doing it for their own good. That’s why the fear of becoming fat, or staying that way, drives Americans to spend more on dieting every year than we spend on video games or movies. Forty-five percent of adults say they’re preoccupied with their weight some or all of the time—an 11-point rise since 1990. Nearly half of 3- to 6- year old girls say they worry about being fat.

When I first found this and posted it on facebook the immediate reaction was what about how healthy they were and how the Blood Pressure and Sugar levels where.  Nothing about their emotional states was every mentioned.  It is all in the chemistry or chemicals that ones puts in their body but what one is feeling and their emotional state. This is the Elephat in the room!  Ignore the emotions good and bad any everyone will be happy and healthy.  I would rather die a happy person than one who is monitoring every aspect and filling my body up with chemicals all the time.  Just seems like that is what we are here on this planet for.

It seems to be in all the foods that you eat that mostly cause these things so they tell you what you can and cannot eat and what is bad for you versus what is good for you. If you monitors are high they tout it as very bad and that you are surely going to die and restrict your diet even further.

Stop the bullying and how that affects your mood and your feelings and emotions. Turn that around and make it positive like this....  If you monitors show high numbers, get up and walk around, do some house cleaning.  Do not overdo it though cuz that can cause what you are trying to defeat.



Go back to the beginning video and really listen to he music and how it draws out.  Like a wave and soft, no matter the words.  It is all your emotions.  Good emotions is what the everybody is told to express and not the crying or sad ones.  They are pushing them into the darkness and will give you chemicals to help you do that.  They don't or try to find out what is making your sad and depressed or cryi.... No, no that is not permitted. They just want quiet from people.  For instance children who act out.  They need to act out and have fun and get some exercise.  We put them in classroom all day and IGNORE the Elephant in the room!  I did write a blog about that here:

How does this make you FEEL.  Pay attention to the music and what it makes you feel emotionally?  A good feeling and makes yu want to get up and move around doesn't it?
A simple way to release pent up energy and emotions from your body and your brain.  Work on letting the Elephant go free.  No drugs involved or nasty chemicals only natural in your body that is already there.


Other therapies and helps beside chemicals in your body that does more harm that good.

You can also do this yourself when it is shown or heard to you.

How Do Colors Affect Us
Rainbows. The colors are the same in every rainbow and in everything that makes or projects a rainbow. They are always Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet and there are many different colors within that spectrum
Each of these colors has its own meaning and vibration to it. Just as each person on this earth, including animals, plants and insects and those living in the waters. We can venture to say that even the planets have colors and vibrational frequencies associated with them as well Everything has a color and a vibrational level and they all can be balanced if you know the colors and vibrations.

Orange also promotes healing in the region of the digestive system, chest and kidney diseases. Orange has a soothing effect if used lightly. Orange, should not be used the same as for red for those who get easily agitated or have high blood pressure. You can also visualize breathing the color and it filling your nostrils and your whole entire body and thinking of it as healing the part that needs that color and healing. You can paint your room the color or wear clothing of a certain color or use linens of the certain color. We can heal ourselves.

If it makes you feel good then do it and don't worry about it. Eat what you want and keep your body active as much as you can.....and don't let the Elephant in your room!
Just be happy no matter what anyone else says or ex[ects of themselves. Live you life and enjoy it.  That is always what we should do.  It is our life to live.  We are going to die no matter what and who can say that if we die with something that another says that we died too soon.....that is fear mongering and their selfish wish.  We all still die, not matter what or with what.
